Subscriptions & Fees

Advanced Materials Letters is funded by readers, not authors. Choose the access route that fits you — IAAM membership, a subscription, or a single article.

Invited authors pay nothing

There are no submission fees and no publication fees. Authors who want their article free for every reader from the day it appears may take the optional open-access route (€1,200 for a research article, €1,500 for a review). Waivers and discounts are available — ask the editorial office.

The archive stays free

Volumes 1 to 17 (2010–2026) were published as free open access and remain free to read, with no membership, subscription or purchase needed. Only articles from Volume 18 onwards use the access routes below.
